Velu, Chairman & Managing Director, Technocrat, serial entrepreneur, Healthcare industry expert is a self-made man who lost out on many golden opportunities in life due to circumstances beyond his control, which would have made a lesser human bitter but Dr. Velu chose to follow his heart and render yeomen’s service to fellow humans for over 30 years now with dedication, hard work, and passion.
Prior to this, he was a Chairman of Neuberg Diagnostics, A Global Pathology brand, operating in India, UAE, Sri Lanka, South Africa. Dr. Velu has been awarded several recognitions and has been named as “Parallel Entrepreneur” by Forbes and “first generation serial entrepreneur” by many.
He had worked with Mentor & Shareholder, Kauvery Group of Hospitals, Chain of Multi-specialty Hospitals with a presence in 6 cities Hospitals. He is a Founder and Chairman, Maxivision Eye Hospitals, National chain of Eye care super specialty Hospitals. He is a Founder and Director of Apollo White Dental & Apollo Dialysis. Apollo White Dental is India’s largest chain of Dental Clinics & unique dental spas with 80+ Dental Clinics across the country.
Dr. Velu is an Anchor Investor at Stakeboat Capital, Private Equity Fund and GSK Ventures. Honorary Consul to the Republic of Estonia in India (Honorary Consul jurisdiction states – Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana)
