The real estate sector was no different and faced many challenges especially during the lockdown period in India. Property Marshal too faced the brunt of this recession wherein the construction activities had come to a halt, reverse migration of the laborers was taking place, liquidity constraints started cropping up and potential homebuyers had lost their appetite after the job market got severely bitten.”
Property sales and launches alike were delayed till the best possible time as all efforts got aligned towards fighting the pandemic. “The team at Property Marshal continued to work religiously even during the time of the pandemic. As of result of which, business seems to have started thriving again, genuine homebuyers can be seen on the landscape of real estate once again. Developmental work too has pick up the pace. One significant change that was inculcated by this organization was to use digitization in the positive manner.
