Yogita Tulsiani, Co-founder and Director of iXceed Solutions has more than a decade of experience in Business Development and Consulting across various industries in UK, Europe, America and APAC. Her work experience with a wide range of industries includes Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, Information Technology, and Learning. 

Prior to iXceed, Yogita was a sales leader with leading global technology consulting organizations in the UK where she did global expansions and exponential revenue growth managing the Top 10 Banking and Financial Services clients for her employers, and also setup an entirely new Line of Business for one of her employer organizations.  

Currently, as a Director of iXceed, Yogita has doubled the revenue since last year. Under her leadership, iXceed placed number of consultants grown by 200%.

“We have doubled the team size and added many new clients to our portfolio. In last year, we have laid the foundation in terms of People, Processes, and Policies so that we can attain sustainable growth in the coming years, “said Yogita.

Yogita holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

Yogita’s greatest source of inspiration is her mother. “My mother had faced lot of hardships in life bringing us up due to the circumstances we were in”, “she always motivated us by saying be strong, work hard, believe in yourself, and leave the rest to God. She taught me to work relentlessly towards my goals”

Working Style

“I devote 15-16 hours work a day. There is flexibility to work but also tendency work on weekends to catch-up on missed targets”, Yogita said.

 “I couldn’t spend much time with my kids but they look up to me as an inspiration, see me toil & work hard, and learn that diligence and hard work are the keys to success”,“I am happy that I lead by example for my kids.”

“Catching up with friends/ relatives has declined but whenever I get time to spend, I ensure I make it quality time,” she adds.

Handling a Difficult Situation

While revealing to handle the difficult situation, Yogita expressed, “Approach it with an open mind, evaluate the best and worst outcomes, then target to achieve the best outcome, be open for the worst outcome as well.”

“We ensure customer’s expectations every time by providing the highest level of service with quick turnaround time and responsiveness. We understand our customer’s requirements/ pain areas/gain areas thoroughly and tweak our solutions as per their needs. We strive to cater to our client’s client (end customer’s) needs in the most effective manner. We leverage latest technology tools to bring in efficiency and increase productivity,” Yogita evinced.

Yogita believes hard work, integrity, respect for every thought/ idea, compassion, empathy, understanding, approachable, and grass root level leadership altogether make a strong company culture.

“I believe in giving equal opportunities for all. In terms of rewards or growth, it’s only on the basis of output/achievements of targets rather than place in the hierarchy or number of years of experience.

According to Yogita, Conviction, belief in oneself and the idea, hard work along with risk taking ability makes you a Successful Entrepreneur.  Also, being with a like-minded people to form a perfect team, employee experience, customer-centricity along with employee well-being, and good grasp on financials are the key factors.

Future Perspectives

Yogita shared her future goals at iXceed as an Expansion on new geographies – Middle East and US. She expected growth of 2 new service lines – digital marketing, lead generation. With an Intuitive and intelligent and cost-effective talent solutions recruitment platform the company has added several new clients last year and intends to add many more this year. They expected a better ecosystem for employees’ growth and to achieve 100% YOY growth with revenue. They also expected to attract and retain the best choice of employer across UK and India.

Ways to Better Invest Your TimeYogita opined entrepreneurs have to invest their time in learning and keeping themselves abreast with the latest developments in not only on their own industry but also their clients’ industries as well.
